Winter Conservatory (Book Original)

Hand embroidered in Taipei, 2024-2025, to be featured in my book Embroidery Interiors (Project 8).

A 6" wooden embroidery hoop, depicting a wintry conservatory scene. A close up of the Botanic Conservatory pattern has been stitched, and the flowerpots filled with added miniature plants. The piece is stitched onto wintry blue fabric, and added french knots act as snow behind the window panes.
