Acropolis View PDF PATTERN DOWNLOAD

Inspired by my recent trip to Athens, this gorgeous travel embroidery features a greek courtyard with table and chairs and trailing pink bougainvillea, overlooking the colourful streets of Athens and the crowning glory of the city: the Acropolis with the Parthenon and other buildings. The scene is full of vibrant summer colour and some lovely details. It's a perfect summer stitching project, whether you're visting Greece or not!

The download includes a printable pattern for a 7" embroidery hoop. The pattern uses mainly split back stitch and satin stitch, and includes a colour and stitch guide (though you are welcome to stitch using whatever colours and stitches you'd like!) This pattern is recommended for a skill level of just-above-beginner and higher.
